H2O Wireless (“H2O”) service is for personal use in the U.S. H2O Multi-Line promotion is limited time and only available using the features of the $30 H2O Wireless Monthly Unlimited Plan. Multi-Line promotion applies to two lines for $50, and four lines for $100; total cost must be paid by one line. Each line must be a new customer; existing customers do not qualify for the Multi-Line promotion. Activations of all lines through the Multi-Line promotion must be done through the designated website or through calling customer service; if porting your phone number to H2O, the port-in registration date and the activation of a new number for Multi-Line must be processed on the same day. If a line in a Multi-Line group switches to another plan, the $30 plan balance of the switched line is immediately forfeited and all lines will no longer be part of the Multi-Line promotion; all other lines must pay the full $30 monthly plan rate upon the plan expiration to continue the same service. If a customer no longer wants to be a part of the Multi-Line promotion and wishes to switch/cancel, they must wait 25 days after activation to do so. Monthly plans expire 30 days after loaded to your account; unused int’l talk credit and data allowance do not roll over. If you switch between plans or renew a plan before expiration, the features associated with your prior plan will no longer be available. Unlimited talk for domestic calls.
